Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the TrackDice website, web app or Android app ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
The service is operated by German Goncharov. TrackDice is an independent, unofficial application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TimeFlip. "TimeFlip" is a trademark of its respective owners. TimeFlip cubes are sold by TimeFlip; TimeFlip products and services are governed by TimeFlip's own terms.
3. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old, provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
4. Your cube
Connecting a cube to TrackDice requires resetting its connection password in the official TimeFlip app. You perform this step at your own discretion. TrackDice does not modify the cube's firmware. We are not responsible for the cube hardware, its warranty or TimeFlip services.
5. Your data
Your time data and other content remain yours. You allow us to store and process it only as needed to provide the service. You can export your time data at any time. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, do not try to disrupt or overload it or access other users' data, and do not use automations to send spam or to send requests to addresses you are not authorised to use.
7. Third-party services
Google Sign-In, Telegram and the webhook destinations you configure are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
8. Availability and changes
TrackDice is free and will always stay free: there are no paid plans, paid features or subscriptions. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. We will notify you in advance of material changes where reasonably possible.
9. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that tracked time is complete or accurate; check your data before relying on it, for example for invoicing.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence are not affected.
